Description
Self-priming monoblock pumps with open impeller.
The open impeller pump deals well with solids (light fouling) in the liquid.
This makes this multifunctional centrifugal pump highly versatile and suitable for pumping well water, surface water or industrial process and waste water.
The built-in anti-siphoning valve prevents a siphoning effect in the pump housing so that liquid remains in the pump chamber at all times.
This self-priming Matra pump can therefore easily re-prime when switched on again.
The maximum suction height is around 7 metres vertical under ideal conditions.
Some application examples include irrigation with surface water, pumping out basements or other basins.
The Matra Q series is also regularly used at fish ponds or in agricultural applications.
