Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal' 1.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the delivery. 1.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing (by email or post) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. 1.3. After withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product. You must send the product back to us at the address provided in the confirmation of withdrawal.
Article 2 – Consumer Obligations During the Cooling-Off Period
2.1. During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only handle the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality, as you would be allowed to do in a physical store. 2.2. If the product, packaging, or accessories are used, connected, or damaged in a way that goes beyond what is necessary for the assessment, we are entitled to charge a depreciation fee.
Article 3 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
3.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:
Are used, damaged, or incomplete;Are specially made, assembled, or customized for you;Are hygiene products or sealed packaging that has been opened;Have a limited shelf life.Article
4 – Return Procedure
4.1. Within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request, you must return the product to the specified return address. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation provided.
4.2. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending returns insured with a tracking number, as the customer remains responsible for the product until it is received by us.
Article 5 – Refund
5.1. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product within 14 days, minus any order and shipping costs. We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the product in good condition.
5.2. If the inspection reveals that the product is damaged, used, or incomplete, we may apply a depreciation fee. This will be deducted from the refund amount.
5.3. Refunds will be processed, unless otherwise agreed, via a transfer to the bank account used by the customer for the original payment.
Article 6 – Warranty and Defects 6.1. If the product is defective upon receipt, you must report this within 2 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning or replacing the defective product. 6.2. The statutory warranty applies to all our products. This means that a product must meet what you may reasonably expect from it. Any manufacturer warranties do not affect your statutory rights.
Article 7 – Liability
7.1. We are not liable for loss or damage to returns that are not correctly shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose appropriate packaging and a suitable shipping method.
Article 8 – Exclusion
8.1. The right of return applies only to private customers. Business customers do not have the right to return products unless otherwise agreed in writing.
