Information concerning the right of withdrawal of a sales contract.   

You have the right to cancel a sales order without giving any reasons within 14 days of purchase.  

The 14 day period starts on the day that the sale has been made. 

In order to execute your right for withdrawal you have to inform Jansen Pompentechniek BV, Hoogeindesestraat 5, 5447 PD  RIJKEVOORT, The Netherlands in an unequivocal way your wish to do so. This can be done via an email, mail or fax. You can use the attached return form to do this is not mandatory.

If you wish to cancel the sales contract you have to inform Jansen Pompentechniek within the 14 day period.

Cancelation process

If you withdraw the order, you will receive the total paid amount back including shipping costs (excluding shipping costs that have been made in excess of our normal shipping costs because you chose a special delivery method / carrier within 14 days after we have received the goods. We repay you with the same method that you used to pay your order unless specifically agreed otherwise. No extra charges will be charged to you for this.

You have to send the goods back to us within 15 days after you have notified us of your wish to withdraw the order. The shipping costs involved to send the goods back to us is at your own expense.

When the goods, because of their nature, cannot be sent back via normal mail the shipping cost will be at your own expense. When the shipping costs cannot be reasonably estimated beforehand then these costs can be quoted by us and you will not be charged more than these quoted costs.

You are only responsible  for the depreciation of the goods that result from using the goods beyond the point that is required to determine the properties and the functioning of the pump as you could in a brick and mortar store.

Pumps or supplies that have been connected and which have pumped or been in contact with fluids or solids do NOT fall under the right of withdrawal.
