Order process

The webshop provides you with an easy an reliable shopping platform to order our products. The website offers an extensive database with a lot of extra information about products in our webshop and other products we can delivery and are available upon request. The steps below will explain how you can order and what you can expect from us. 

You can navigate to the desired product in two ways. You can enter your brand / model in the search bar in the upper left corner. You can also use the menu on the top and left to navigate to the product page which are categorised by brand and type

Placing an order can be done via the webshop, Phone or email. The order procedure at the web shop is shown below

  1. Every product that can be ordered online has a "+ add to cart" button. You can select the amount and add the product to the virtual shopping cart.
  2. You can look at your shopping card via the blue button in the upper right corner. Here you can change the amounts, delete products, view the shipping costs (for international deliveries this is not shown until you have logged in and entered your shipping address) and lastly you can add comments to your oder, for example a PO number.
  3. If you are ready to order the product(s) in your shopping basket, click the green "next" button. Login or create a username, check your information and enter a delivery address if it is different from the invoice address.
  4. Click the green "next" button to proceed to the checkout. Here you can choose your payment method and you are shown a summary of your order when you click "confirm / checkout". Enter your payment information and the order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

It is also possible to pick up your order at our store in Rijkevoort. Please call in advance to make an appointment to avoid disappointment and a closed door. Picking up products is free.

Order status

Jansen Pompen- & Watertechniek informs you about the status of your order. You receive the following emails after your have ordered.

  1. An order confirmation
  2. If an advance payment via banktransfer is desired you will receive an offer with payment instructions.

Order changes

If you would like to change your order, please call us as soon as possible. Have your order id number ready when you call to speed up the process. You can also email us to change your order. Please indicate very clearly what you want to change and provide the order ID number and your name.

If the changes lead to a reduction of the sales price we will transfer the surplus amount back to your bank account. If the invoice total becomes higher then the paid amount the extra can be paid by wire transfer to our bank account IBAN: NL95 RABO 0145 2003 61 with the order number as the reference. Ones the payment has been received we will continue the order and delivery the products as soon as possible.

Order changes or cancelations  are only possible when the products have not been packed or shipped yet. We will inform confirm cancelations by email.

Order cancelation

In the event that you wish to cancel your order we request you to do this as soon as possible because otherwise your order will automatically be processed. Orders that have been prossesed and sent cannot be cancelled anymore.

You can cancel an order by contacting the sales department. This can by Phone at +31 485 - 371318 or by email at info@pompentechniek.nl. If you have paid in advance please tell us to which bank account we can refund it to. this will usually take 4-5 working days.
